At Fire Safety USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
